OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
